How withdrawing your wallet balance works.
Funds added to your allKlouds wallet are primarily intended to pay the flat fee charged when you create or update a server instance. This policy explains what happens if you instead choose to withdraw an unused wallet balance.
If you withdraw your wallet balance without successfully creating a server, the bank charges and payment gateway processing fees that allKlouds incurs on that deposit and withdrawal (charged by providers such as Stripe or Razorpay) will be deducted from your withdrawal amount. These are pass-through charges levied by our payment providers and banking partners, not a allKlouds fee.
If your server creation fails because of an issue on allKlouds's end (for example, a failure in our provisioning pipeline rather than any action or omission of yours), you will not be charged any withdrawal fees, and the full deducted amount will be made available for withdrawal or reuse.
Cashback credited to your wallet has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances. It can only be used toward future server creation or other eligible services on the platform, and is subject to the expiry terms described in our Refund Policy. This does not apply to referral earnings, which are withdrawable — see our Referral Program Terms.
To request a withdrawal of your available (non-cashback) wallet balance, contact our support team from your account. We may ask you to verify your identity and the bank or payment details you wish to receive funds on, in order to prevent fraud.
Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within a reasonable business timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking partner, and are not guaranteed.
allKlouds reserves the right to deny a withdrawal request, delay processing, or take other appropriate action if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or any other violation of our Terms of Service.
