Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to any server, storage volume, domain, or other resource provisioned through allKlouds into your connected cloud provider account, and to your use of the allKlouds dashboard itself. It is designed to keep the platform safe, legal, and reliable for everyone.

You may not use allKlouds or any server provisioned through it to:

• Host, transmit, or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), or operate open mail relays.
• Launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, network intrusion, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems you do not own.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run any workload in a way that is deceptive about its purpose or resource usage.
• Host phishing pages, fraudulent storefronts, or content intended to deceive or defraud others.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of allKlouds, your connected cloud provider, or any third-party service integrated with allKlouds (including Stripe, Razorpay, Namecheap, GoDaddy, and Cloudflare).
• Use automated tools to abuse promotional pricing, cashback, or the referral program.

You are responsible for configuring sensible inbound access rules (ports, IP allow-lists, and SSH access) for the instances you create, and for safeguarding any SSH keys, database credentials, or API tokens (for domain or CDN providers) generated or entered through allKlouds. We require two-factor authentication before you can create, update, or delete instances to help protect against unauthorized changes, and you should keep your authenticator app and backup codes secure.

While the compute, storage, and networking you provision belong to your own cloud provider account, the allKlouds dashboard, queueing, and provisioning pipeline are shared infrastructure. You agree not to place unreasonable load on these systems (for example, through excessive automated API calls) in a way that degrades the service for other users.

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it to our customer support team with as much detail as possible.

Violating this policy may result in suspension of your account, removal of offending content or resources, denial of refunds, and/or termination of your access to allKlouds, in addition to any other rights and remedies available to us under our Terms of Service.

allKlouds reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the latest version of this policy.
