Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of allKlouds, including our website, dashboard, and the cloud server provisioning services we make available (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and Withdrawal Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use allKlouds.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use allKlouds services. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

allKlouds is a management layer that lets you provision, configure, and manage cloud server instances on supported cloud providers (such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and DigitalOcean) using your own connected cloud provider account. Through the dashboard you can select an instance type, region, storage volumes, allowed inbound access rules, database options, and optional software stacks, and allKlouds automates the underlying provisioning on your behalf.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We require two-factor authentication (via an authenticator app) before you can create, update, or delete server instances, to reduce the risk of unauthorized changes to your infrastructure.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

To provision servers, you grant allKlouds scoped access to your own cloud provider account (for example, an IAM role for AWS, or an API token for DigitalOcean). You remain the account owner of any cloud resources created through allKlouds, and you are directly responsible for all charges billed by your cloud provider for those resources. allKlouds does not own, control, or have visibility into your broader cloud provider account beyond the permissions you explicitly grant.

allKlouds is a prepaid service. You add funds to your allKlouds wallet using Stripe or Razorpay, and a flat fee is deducted from your wallet balance each time you create or update a server instance. You agree not to use allKlouds or any provisioned server for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. Full details are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

allKlouds may offer a referral program that rewards you for inviting other users. Participation is subject to our Referral Program Terms, which may change from time to time.
