Referral Program Terms

Every allKlouds account has a unique referral code, visible on your Referrals page. When a new user signs up using your referral code, that signup is tracked and attributed to your account so you can see how many people you've referred and when they joined.

• You must have an active, non-suspended allKlouds account to participate in the referral program.
• A referral is counted only when a new user registers using your unique referral code at sign-up. Referral codes cannot be applied retroactively to existing accounts.
• You may not create duplicate or fraudulent accounts to refer yourself, and you may not use spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized incentives to solicit referrals.

From time to time, allKlouds may offer rewards for successful referrals, credited to your account as referral earnings. Where offered, the specific reward amount, qualifying conditions, and any caps will be displayed on your Referrals page or communicated to you directly. Unlike promotional cashback, referral earnings are eligible for withdrawal, subject to the applicable withdrawal requirements, minimum withdrawal amount, and other conditions set out in our Withdrawal Policy.

Servers created entirely using cashback, promotional credits, or refunded payments are not eligible for referral earnings or commissions.

allKlouds may modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program, or change reward amounts and eligibility rules, at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect referrals that were already confirmed and rewarded before the change took effect, unless required to correct an error or address fraud.

allKlouds reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where we reasonably determine that referrals were obtained through fraud, abuse, self-referral, or any other violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
